At Shop Bam Online, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging when possible
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Items must not show signs of wear, alterations, or damage

Items marked as final sale or clearance
Intimate Items
Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
Custom Items
Personalized or custom-made products
Gift Cards

How to Initiate a Return
Step-by-Step Process
- Contact Us: Email us at support@shopbamonline.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include your RA number
- Ship Your Return: Send the package using the provided return label or your preferred carrier with tracking
- Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange
Return Shipping
Domestic Returns (Canada)
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend insured shipping.
Defective Items
We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Contact us for a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- The purchase price of the returned item(s)
- Original shipping costs (if the return is due to our error)
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for standard returns. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Exchange Process:
- Contact us to request an exchange and specify the item you'd like to receive
- We'll confirm availability and provide return instructions
- Return your original item following our return process
- Once received and inspected, we'll ship your exchange item at no additional cost
Note: If the exchange item has a different price, you'll be charged or refunded the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
