30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet our return criteria. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached and intact
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Free from any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or odor

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, customization, or final sale reasons:

  • Intimate apparel, undergarments, and swimwear
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
  • Altered or tailored garments
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@shopbamonline.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 24-48 hours
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached
  5. Ship using the prepaid return label provided (where applicable)

Return Shipping

Canada & United States: We provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns within Canada and the US. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Shop Bam Online is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Ship the correct item immediately
  • Issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be denied or partial refunds issued if:

  • Items are returned after the 30-day window
  • Items show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
  • Original tags have been removed or damaged
  • Items are returned without prior authorization
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your financial institution - processing times vary by bank

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are eligible for return under the same conditions, unless specifically marked as "Final Sale." Refunds will reflect the actual amount paid, including any discounts applied.

Gift Returns

Items purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit or exchange. The original purchaser will be notified of the return. Gift returns must meet all standard return criteria.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting support@shopbamonline.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, our standard return policy applies.
