Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within Canada. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for The Edit newsletter to be notified when it launches.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days within Canada. Some items ship directly from our supplier network and may take up to 20 business days — this is noted on the product page where applicable.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.
Shipping Costs Free shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD. Orders under $75 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please allow additional time for the carrier to process.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order does not arrive within the expected
timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to resolve it promptly.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for reshipping costs, or may request a refund minus original shipping fees.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
