RETURN WINDOW
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging where applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Fragrance and beauty products (hygiene standards)
- Final sale items (marked clearly on product page)
- Items damaged through wear or misuse
HOW TO RETURN
Email brent.a.marshall@protonmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for return
We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
EXCHANGES
We're happy to exchange for a different size or style where stock allows. Contact us before returning to confirm availability.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received something damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
