Free shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD. Always.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our hands.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Canada: 7–14 business days

Some products ship directly from our premium supplier network. These items may have slightly longer delivery times (up to 20 business days) — this is clearly noted on those product pages.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays.

TRACKING

Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of your order, contact us at support@shopbamonline.com.
