WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship across Canada. Free shipping is included on all orders at CA$65. For orders under $65, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout. We're working on expanding to the United States — stay tuned.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and the product. Some items ship directly from premium suppliers and may have slightly longer lead times — this is noted on the product page where applicable.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to make it right — exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the item condition.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale and fragrance items are non-returnable.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us.
