Our Commitment

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate apparel, undergarments, and swimwear
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  3. Securely package the item(s) with all original materials
  4. Ship the return using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange, and we will guide you through the process.

If the replacement item differs in price, we will issue a refund or request additional payment as needed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking shows delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your financial institution—processing times may vary

International Returns
